Roughly 40% of our clients were commercial businesses, so we developed interactive elements to show potential benefits of commercial vehicle wraps.
The previous contact form (left) led to back and forth from the customer when submitting an inquiry. The new form collected additional information to ensure a baseline was established for the project, reducing confusion and time spent post-submission.
